Availability on 1 segment of a LONE5

Hi All,

Bought a LONE5 and we haven't started the journey yet.

However there's a flight we want to do from Bali DPS to Sydney SYD just after Christmas 26th December.

Currently there's not availability and AA RTW just tell us to keep ringing back to check.

Is there any quick way to checkl if there's L Availability on that route?

Yes - take out a subscription to ExpertFlyer or KVS or a similar tool.

J9 C9 D0 I0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L0 G0
AA did this for me once (for the BA flight LHR-PEK)

Availability on Dec-28 is:
J9 C0 D0 I0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L0 G0
QF44 is showing L0 for all dates Dec-26 to Dec-31 (It is L9 for Dec-25)

You can get a free 5 day trial on ExpertFlyer if you want to investigate more dates.

QF are probably deciding what level to set the fare over the busy period. It probably doesn't represent people actually holding tickets. It is a matter of QF revenue management taking a look at it and deciding whether to open up seats.

If you are on the L waitlist, then QF will see that you are ready and waiting, and may decide to take the money from the LONEx fare rather than hope for M fares to be sold. ^
