SJC-NRT-LHR-SJC

My goal is to travel business class on all long legs. If I purchase coach, I can't upgrade NRT-LHR with AA miles. So I am looking at award. Suggeted middle routing is NRT-TPE-HKG-LHR on CX and BA, to get the required three airlines (AA on the legs from/to SJC) for 135K miles.

Is this my best option?
