How long for points?
 

I just returned from a trip to AUS with flights on QF. I am just wondering how long does it take to get the points credited into CPlus account. I was told that somehow my OW name doesn't match the ticket name but they manage to get my FF number on the boarding pass.

I have a similar thing with QF FF program where they can't match my ticket to my account coz of an apparent "misspelling" and it's been going on for a good 4 months.
