Is Swissair going to join Oneworld?

"No, It's not an issue at the moment. The Qualiflyer group is our European alliance partners and we have a relationship with Delta. We've just announced code shares with American to Chicago, Boston and Miami and that's the way we stand at the moment."

On speculation British Airways Plc has approached Swissair for partnerships:

"It's interesting what the reports all say. We have contacts throughout the industry, as every other company as well, there have been no specific approaches or anything like that."


On whether Swissair is speaking to other alliances such as the Star Alliance:

"We are speaking to everybody but we are not speaking to specific alliances."
