Ipsos survey for OW
 

Curious if anyone else has had this rather interesting survey experience:

I just received an email asking that I complete a OW survey about my LHR transfer experience on a recent trip that involved BA and AA. There had been some issues so I bit. When I opened the survey, some of the mid- and late-survey questions already had ratings chosen--they had been "pre-answered" though I had not previously opened the survey; they were mid-range ratings, and not all the same. (I reported this via the link provided in the email request back to Ipsos, the market research firm.)
