Baggage allowance for one ticket but multiple airlines

I'll be booking flights from Perth to Glasgow in Y with one potential routing being PER-(QF)-MEL-(CX)-HKG-(BA)-LHR-(BA)-GLA without any stopovers. This would be a BA fare booked through BA.

What would my baggage allowance be for those flights as OWE? Am I correct that as the longest/major sector is HKG-LHR that I would be allowed 2 checked bags at 32kg as per BA guidelines? I'm wondering this as from my reading of QF's domestic baggage rules I would only be allowed 2 bags at 23kg and it's looking like my bags will be over 23kg.

The 1st flight that crosses from 1TC to another TC is the HKG-LHR flight, so BA's allowances will apply

The published BA policy for luggage allowance is 1 x 23 ks ; one extra piece is an entitlement due to OW Emerald status

As such, you will are permitted 2 x 23kg allowance for the journey

Since BA's allowances are applicable, should any of the bags weigh more than 23kg, the overweight cost per bag would be the AUD equivalent of GBP65 ( approx $112 )

Ah good to know it would be BA allowance. BA allow 32kg per bag rather than 23kg for OWE.

The ticketed allowance is 23kg - that is what is permitted
That BA allows extra weight on its own flights does not apply here

You should be able to see the allowance listed on QF's manage booking
