Kms across Oneworld

Hi All :) I just asked this question in corresponding LATAM section of the forum, but then I realized it's rather related to the whole alliance and it might be interesting for many. Moderators, please feel free to delete the topic if you consider it as off-topic / duplication:

Could you help me to understand .. Being a LANPASS holder and flying on other airlines from Oneworld, how do I know the exact amount of Kms I'll be awarded for the flight ? I see various booking codes (V,O,N,Y... etc) but as far as I understood they are airline dependent (please correct me if I am wrong here). LATAM web-site provides only this:

For purposes of earning kilometers, any flight operated by any airline in the framework of a Code Share agreement with LATAM Airlines will be considered a valid flight for earning kilometers and for qualification for the Gold, Platinum, Black and Black Signature categories, provided that the ticket for the flight is sold by LATAM Airlines using its own flight code, and provided that the flight is taken on fares, routes, and dates that permit LATAM Pass kilometers to be earned.
My question is - how do I know whether the ticket I purchased from another airline will allow me to collect desired amount of kilometers ? Is there any table which cross references booking classes between airlines within the alliance ?

Thank you in advance :)

As to the distance of the flight, each airline determines the distance of the flights they operate.

Regarding how many miles (kms) you will earn for flying a particular flight, you have to look to the rules of the frequent flyer program of the airline you want to credit to.
For example, for aa, see:
https://www.aa.com/i18n/aadvantage-p...r-airlines.jsp
In particular the LAN chart for earning with AA is here:
https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/...n-airlines.jsp
for ba, see:
http://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/...|||||L2|||||||
In particular, the LAN chart for earning with BA is here:
http://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/...ing-avios.html

There is no guarantee that a flight that earns x for one airline will also earn x for another airline.

It's actually a LANPASS question.
Each airline has their own table (and sometimes uses slightly differing distances for flight lengths).

A travel agent should be able to tell you the Exact fare class you are booking into, some airline and travel websites show it, others don't.

Generally your full-eticket will show a fare code like NWASR -- the first letter (in this case N is generally the booking class)

Oh, I found the answer !! :) After extensive browsing of LATAM website, here is the ultimate table I was looking for:

Thank you so much for the help, it provided me with great hints ^ I believe we can close the topic.

It appears that you were already provided with a link to the tables in this thread in the LATAM forum:

This is true. My fault is that I didn't notice a section on the left related to Oneworld. Provided direct link pointed to table for LATAM flights and I completely missed OW part. Sorry.
