If two separate flight numbers then add the miles for the two segments separately. If it's all one flight number (eg you book the CX from HKG to TYO that goes via TPE) then the direct distance from start to finish.

Since these fares are gone and anyone holding such ticket would probably have completed their travel, I recommend that we take the sticky down.
