Suggestions for DONE3 (ex TYO)
 

I'm plotting out my yearly RTW. Once again, combined DAS13 (mainly for positioning) and DONE3.

I'm stuck on a where to have a few stopovers. Looking for suggestions.

TYO-JFK-BOS-LAX-SLC/MSY/IND-ORD/DCA-MIA*-ZRH-HEL-LHR-DXB-LHR-ICN/PVG/HKG/KUL/SIN-TYO.

Stops in New York, Boston, LA, Zurich and Helsinki (off ticket to Oslo).

Can't pick between Salt Lake City, New Orleans or Indianapolis (looking at the flight maps, Vancouver is an option here too)
Chicago or DC will depend on which competing event I end up deciding to go to.
Planning to end off the DONE3 with the JL SIN-HND overnight.

Also stuck on a 2nd Japan stop for the DAS13 (Osaka, Nagoya or Hiroshima).
CBR-SYD-HND-DONE3-HND-OSA/HIJ/NGO-HND-SIN-MEL-CBR.

Wanting to max earn to QF, but the stops in Switzerland, Norway and the pick of ORD/DTW or DCA are locked.

*only oneworld US-ZRH nonstop flight is the AA ex-JFK flight, but it routes MIA-JFK-ZRH with the same flight number and 757>767 aircraft change.

In what month(s) will the North American segments occur?
