Why cant i add Asuncion to my rtw trip?

Why cant i add Asuncion to my rtw trip?
I have been trying to book a rtw trip on the oneworld website but i cant seem to add Asuncion as a destination even though one of the 2 daily flight from GRU is operated by Tam itself and not by Tam mecrosur( i know i cant book that flight since they didnt join yet), come to think of it it never seems to offer any Tam flights at all.Does anyone know why this is and if i would call would they be able to help add Asuncion to my trip?
