Taming TAM, anyone?
 

I thought TAM joining One World would be good news. Fly them between São Paulo and Mexico City and then claim the miles on my BA account. Apparently not so: BA reports that TAM maintains mileage claims already settled and TAM does not even bother to reply. Quite a few business miles down the Brazilian drains? BA now probably sees me as a cheat, TAM well….it is probably how they treat customers. Not nice.
