IRROPS official policy for One World Airlines.
I know AA has a policy where if one is travelling on different tickets using AA and OW airlines the customer is protected in case of irrops.
Is there an official One World policy for travelling on separate tickets? |
No, I think that AA is the only oneworld airline to have this stated as a public policy.
That does not preclude other member airlines to offer the same kind of protection, though - I have been accommodated the same way as on AA by BA, AB and MH even without this being an official policy. |

I would suggest the policy would be part of the oneworld agreements which are almost certainly "Commercial in Confidence". http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ameri...s-tickets.html I would love to have a look at the "Endorsement Waiver Agreement" as referenced by AA. |
