not surprising that they won!

clearly being the biggest is not the best thing always

from the Oneworld airlines CX/KA bagged the most awards while member elect QATAR did the same- which is good news for Oneworld long term!!

I am surprised that they won the on time award too. Didn't AA have a bunch of delays last summer?

Wait til after the merger with USAir. There is a good chance that the delays will increase.

Skytrax is heavily based on advertising spend. I would not pay much heed to it.
That said, on average OW and * have far better quality than skyteam, so it really is a 2 horse race.

yeah skyteam seems to like attracting average or below average airlines
