oneworld miles on EK
Hello
Can't find an answer to this anywhere. If I book a QF flight (ticketed) but operated by EK metal, do I get oneworld miles and status credits? I can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks |

There is no such thing as OneWorld miles
Every OneWorld airline has it own frequent flyer program that earn miles/avios/points/etc. They all have different rules A QF flight(number) on EK metals earns QF points. QFF earns points and status credits on EK metal with QF code.
AA earns miles as posted above. BA earns avios only on EK metal with QF code, not Tier Points. |
Earning points/miles/avios and status/tier points on QF coded EK flights will depend on the rules of each FF program. The QF coded EK operated flights are not oneworld flights.
