I'm not sure where you are getting the US150 from, Johnax mentioned the $125 change fee if the OP wanted to reroute and hadn't used all of his alloted segments for the xonex or within a continent. If adding a segment in a continent then one must pay extra (and still stay within the 16 segment limitation).
From the rules:

whether part of the free continent allowance of 4 coupons, purchased as additional coupons, or a combination of both)
North America 6
South America 4
South West Pacific 4

Two additional flight segments within each continent, except the continent of origin, may be purchased. Each additional segment at a charge of:
First Class
USD 750
Business Class
USD 500
Economy Class
USD 200
The fare class of the purchased flight segments may be lower than that of the oneworld Explorer. The charge should be shown as “Q” in the fare calculation immediately following the city pair.

There is a $125US fee if you want to change routing after ticket issue.
If you want extra flights within a continent (ie, going from max 4 flights in Asia to 5 or 6), you have to pay extra for it according to the class you're in.
