oneworld survey's?

I just got a survey from a market research agency (Ipsos) using data from a QF ticket asking about a recent connecting flight (CBR-SYD-NRT QF/JL).

As member airlines of the oneworld alliance, we are working together to improve our customers’ transfer experience at all airports where connections between the airlines take place.

To help us with this, Ipsos, an independent global market research agency, is carrying out a survey on our behalf to find out about your recent experience of connecting between two flights. We have provided Ipsos with your contact details solely for the purpose of this survey – your details will not be used for any other purpose.

The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete and if you get interrupted, you can return later and continue where you left off.

Click here to take the survey

Should you have any problems with the link to the survey or the survey itself, please do not hesitate to email the survey team at Ipsos: [email protected]

We thank you in advance for taking part.

Kind regards,
The oneworld airlines
Anyone else gotten anything like this before?

I did one survey similar to this from oneworld. But a long time ago (1.5-2 years?). Do not recall the name of Ipsos at all in that time.

Yes, don't remember when, it was about a BA -> AA connection.

Awesome that they care enough to ask! ^

Just got one today for a recent SIN-NRT-LAX-AUS trip. The interesting thing was that although I flew JAL and then AA on the flights, they asked if I used the QF or CX Lounges @NRT but didn't ask about the AA or JAL lounges. I had to answer "I don't know what lounge I used" I, of course, used the JAL F Lounge ;)

You should say NO.

The other option was that I didn't visit any lounges, so that too would have been incorrect ;)
