Help Building an AONE4

I recall a thread on the longest xONEx itineraries but can't seem to find it right now. I'm looking to maximize an AONE4 with these criteria:
  1. Ex-TLV. (At least, that's the current plan. KRT and SAH are a bit too risky for me, and they take a disproportionately large amount of time getting to and from, particularly assuming that TWOV will not be permitted on back-to-back flights from/to the same place. RUH doesn't seem to be a realisic option. I'm certainly open to suggestions for other starting points, though; used to originate at MRU or JNB/CPT in the good old days when they were much cheaper.)
  2. Maximize F segments; avoid J where possible.
  3. Maximize mileage.
  4. Must include BKK and BOS.
  5. Travel should be eastbound.

Travel will start in August, thus no CX F service to AKL.

Thanks in advance!!

I believe that this is the thread to which you are referring:

Let me just try (and hope that somebody will try to improve.....)

If you plan a 4 continent you could add either Australia or Africa or South America. I also assume you want to avoid AA F and focus on CX F, JL F, QF F and BA F.
TLV-LHR(BA)-HKG(CX)-HND(CX, one of the few flights in Asia with F)-HKG-BKK-HKG(CX with F on some flights)
-SYD(QF/380)-some segments in Australia-HKG(QF 380, direct connection)-ORD(CX F)-BOS(AA)-...segments in the US-LAX-LHR(BA)-TLV.
