When lounge access and upgrades would be the most important thing, what would be my best option with the following pattern:

The following would be up to four times during a calender year in economy:
CDG-HKG
CDG-SFO
CDG-SGN
CDG-SIN
CDG-NRT

Other but still totally randomly flight, also in economy
CDG-BSL, Twice a month
CDG-OSL, Twice a month
CDG-BGO, Twice a month
CDG-AMS, Twice a month
CDG-LHR, Once a month
CDG-FRA, Once a month
CDG-HEL, Once a month

Most of the flights your looking at would need to be indirect if your sticking to OW

I think Skyteam would be your best bet - otherwise you will have a lot of extra connections. Star is most likely the second best choice.
