events OneWorld Mega Do... or whatever it is called ?????/
 

So what are people hearing about this One World Mega Do thing that is suppose to occur in January.

What OW carriers are participating: rolleyes:........ Aside from American Airlines that is. I have no problem with them but is the only airline that has been mentioned in regard to this.

rumors of any of the more prestigious OW carriers role in the events ?

Personally I would enjoy events that included Qantas, British Airways, Cathy Pacific .

Maybe someone has some information that they could leak regarding the so called DO.
On a separate note anyone know what the DO in “ Mega do” stands for?

Sounds like a surprise party is being organised and everyone in the organising team is keeping their lips tightly closed.

Haven't heard anything specific about Qantas yet, although I suspect they may have some involvement in the final events at LAX. Cathay and BA are supposed to be involved in the JFK events before the TATL portion, but no details yet on what that entails. Flying will all be on AA.

I posted this before the actual schedule came out.


from what I have seen, read, and heard it sounds like it is going to be very AA centric.

:( but it should still be fun

I just hope this will be an annual event as I won't be able to attend this year due to a health issue. :(
