RTW booking help
 
The online RTW booking tool doesn’t appear to be working, and I can’t go to a local travel agent to book it thanks to the ‘country of sale/country of origin’ rule. I’m trying to book a DONE3, which don’t exist out of Australia.

There have been a few mentions of travel agents in Canada who would make such a booking. Is this still the case? If so, could I get some details please.

From which country do you want to book? Maybe you can just go through the AA office/agent in this country together with the AA RTW desk? If you have an Amex card you might try to go through them in Canada.

Also, the RTW tool is working fine for me.

I mentioned what the issue was in the RTW tool bugs thread.
I am trying to book a DONE3 out of ICN, which I'll be connecting to/from via a DAS13 out of CBR.

The tool itself is working, the booking isn't. I can get as far as the screen to enter credit card details. When I click the button to go to the last screen of the booking process, I get an error message.

The following error(s) occured

* The fare for the flights you have selected is no longer available.
Please contact American Airlines Reservations, the first carrier in
your Round-the-World itinerary, for assistance with making a new
booking.
oneworld and American Airlines apologises for any inconvenience this
may have caused. (15012)

I have tried to book about a dozen times now since Monday on two different computers and through Korean and Canadian proxy servers. Every try has given the above error.

I need either the tool to work and complete the booking process or a travel agent in South Korea or Canada to work through.

I have always used Amex in Canada for booking.
