Lisbon lounges

Hi;

I'm flying business class from Lisbon to Madrid on Iberia, and I'm Emerald. Any lounge I can use? Seems like BA lounge is 3rd party, which I assumes means only BA passengers can use.

Thanks in advance!

Says here that IB uses a third-party lounge called the "Blue Lounge." http://www.oneworld.com/ow/ffp/lounge-access/search

Travelled IB in Business as Oneworld Emerald 3 weeks ago LIS-MAD and was given an invitation to access the AF lounge (think it is the above mentioned Blue lounge) Perfectly adequate for a 1 hour stay with sandwiches/pastries/beverages/a couple of computers and free wi-fi. Not to mention a very attentive lounge receptionist who came around to personally notify me of a flight delay and the subsequent boarding call - I think she was a bit bemused by an Australian speaking Portuguese with a Carioca accent and felt I merited all the help I could get.

This is the same lounge BA uses. Adequate, as you say, but pretty dumpy.

Wanted to check for current information on Lisbon Lounge access. We're AA EXP (so OW Emerald). Flying BA LIS-LHR, in coach. I see that the ANA lounge is operated "on behalf of BA" by a third party. Similarly, the Blue Lounge is operated "on behalf of IB."

The BA lounge is landside, IB airside. Since access to third-party lounges is on a case-by-case basis, does anyone have info on where we would be admitted in this scenario?

Thanks.

Cheers.

Something to keep in mind: both lounges are prior to passport control and are a an absurdly long walk from the gate (the airport layout basically has you walk past every single Schengen gate in a linear fashion). You're going to need to allow at least 25 minutes for that.... Meaning if you arrive about an hour before departure time, there's basically no time to use the lounge.

Thanks. I saw that the BA lounge was landside, but didn't realize that the OB lounge was outside passport control as well. With a 7:30AM flight, it just may not be worth it :)

Cheers.

I suppose if you are a BA PAX (EMD/SPH/F/J), you can enter the ANA lounge and if IB PAX (EMD/SPH/F/J), the Blue lounge, just like standard practice? Obviously, if you are travelling on neither, you have no lounge to access if oneworld status is the only thing you hold.

Can either the Lisbon Lounge or Blue Lounge be used after customs/immigration?

Hi all - we are flying into LIS and wanted to find out if either of these lounges can be used to freshen up post-customs/baggage claim?

Lounges generally are not able to be used on arrival - exceptions are some airlines provide arrivals lounges and some frequent flyer statuses provide arrival lounge access benefit. I don't think either applies to any contract lounges, and so most unlikely to be available to you.

Thanks Kiwi. There is a Priority Pass lounge that's pre-security but sadly it's only open Monday - Friday.

Just a quick update on the lounges situation... The Lisboa and TAP Premium lounges are closed as of today June 1st, 2015. Renovations going on it seems.

They direct you to the ANA lounge (not NH, it's a company called ANA...) right in the middle section of the airport, between T1 and T2, upstairs. You can't miss it. The only escalator that leads up is going to this lounge.

Wifi access, magazines, newspapers, etc... some food, Nespresso Pro coffee machine, juices, tea and shower (it says a Spa is coming soon).

All times are GMT -6. The time now is 5:20 pm.
