SQ421 can I suggest you something like this. I'm not sure if the HKG-ORD will operate in time with your schedule, but instead of going to JFK.
AMM-LHR-SYD-PER-NRT-DEL-HKG-BOM-HKG-ORD-ANC-DFW-BOS-LAX-LHR-MCT-AMM Or you can change BOS to JFK (fly the 3 class transcon to LAX) This will push over 59k BIS miles :) This will work over the summer when the ANC flights are operating.... Swapping SJU with BOS in the itinerary you suggested, nets 2070 Status Credits (30 SC short of making Partner Gold) and 59962 BIS miles as compared to 1980 SC and 61345 BIS miles. As always, its an interesting conundrum to have, especially as the North America part of this RTW is purely for maximizing SC's for me, and there aren't really any places that I need to be at at this stage, whilst planning this RTW. |
