...actually, she is Ruby and has not flown much at all....i am not wondering why she is not higher, only why she is still Ruby...

I haven't been Ruby for 3 years, but it was noted on a recent AA issued CX award ticket. I flew no flights credited to AA last year, and am very far away from 1 million lifetime miles. My main method for getting AA miles is the Citi credit cards.

CX seem to hold a seperate passenger database. Sometimes it goes 'loopy' and corrupts OW Status. In my case I get demoted from Emerald to sod all. :rolleyes:
