KVS Problem Today? (12-9-2009)
 
Checking for OW availabililty one way NRT-JFK/BOS for February 8, 9 or 10. KVS says no availability, but everything is wide open when I check on AA.com. Any ideas?

This has been confirmed to be an engine issue for ex-JP departures. It will be resolved in the next version of the KVS Tool.

In the meantime, the correct availability is attached below:

Thanks so much for your quick and comprehensive response. In case this helps you, it was working fine until this morning. Is ex-JP the only part affected? I'm also checking CX ex-HKG. Thanks, again.

In Awards/OneWorld, JP and ES appear to be affected.

The CX awards engine is not affected at all.
