Similar to the question that was asked on another thread - I'm looking to get the BA Amex 241 to NRT and return from HKG and use the the pass meanwhile for a NRT-DPS-HKG. BA travelagent seems to be quite confused on how to make this happen and I've been promised a call back twice now with no luck. I have tentatively booked the redemption and the raw booking for other flights has been done. I just can't get it priced and ticketed. Any advice on how to make it happen is more than welcome.

Also - what is the usual availability for these things and how much ahead must be an visit asia pass be booked?
