One way to Fiji

I read on some website that entry to Fiji requires return ticket to your own country. Is this true? Can we just have an onward ticket to anywhere? Thx

The issue is whether there is a risk of you overstaying in Fiji. Your own country can't refuse to take you back (presumably), so a ticket home is the lowest risk. If you have no money, no job, and show up for a "holiday" with no onward ticket or a ticket to a country that is unlikely to admit you, there's higher risk.

You need to show an onward ticket and eligibility to enter whatever country it is. Fiji generally won't care where, but certain passports will attract more scrutiny than others.

Yes, you can just have an onward ticket to anywhere (assuming it is to a different country) in order to satisfy the entry requirement.
