Ride sharing apps in Australia

Besides Uber, what are the most popular ride sharing apps in Australia (Sydney, Cairns & Adelaide)?

Its only Uber, the popular asian apps dont operate in Oz and neither does Lyft. Several taxi apps are now Uber look-alikes but it is a taxi doing the driving (and at taxi prices). Gocatch.com.au is an example.

GoCatch can be a useful alternative especially if Uber is charging their 'surge' pricing, but as stated already it is a taxi app.

To add to the answers, Uber also has taxis which have no surge pricing.

I thought GoCatch had some sort of ride sharing thing going on these days?

It appears they do. I haven't used it in a year or so, and I didn't realize.

I haven't used it in a while either. I've noticed Uber seems to be using surge pricing a lot more than it used to. Might be time to try GoCatch again.
