Seating Question on DL
 

As a NW Gold, can I select exit rows on DL flights? Where?

I have had to call the NW elite line. They then connect me with the Delta elite line.

Either call NW and then get transfer to Delta, or just call Delta (you should have your own Delta confirmation number also), or go on www.delta.com and act like you're going to book a flight and then start over (do that process couple times) to trigger the "live agent." Click on that link, and you'll talk with a real agent, he/she can look up your reservation and will be able to accomdate you to your preferred seat (exit in this case).
