Over an hour now....seriously NW/DL IT guys this is unacceptable. If you are going to do maintenance a simple "nwa.com will be down for 1 hour for maintenance" message could avoid a ton of frustration on those of us who book tickets or have other NWA business daily. I would have booked my tix last night if I knew. Really frustrating.

Whoa - it's back up, but it is very flaky for online check-in as follows:

1st Attempt - proceeded to try to check-in for flight tomorrow - "we are unable to complete online check-in please try again"

2nd Attempt - Boarding pass printed without bar-code - selected printing complete - "we are unable to complete online check-in please try again"

3rd Attempt - At res. screen - "you are checked-in for your flight" - above this a message ""we were unable to complete online check-in please try again"

4th Attempt - Selected check-in from res. screen - selected check-in again, correct boarding pass presented, able to print, res screen properly displays checked-in and position on wait list.

Yikes - ready for prime-time? Hard to believe that something that is part of their revenue stream (nwa.com) is released so poorly.
