ECV hard to use?

I've been trying to book several tickets using miles/ECV, however they seems to have gotten progressively difficult to use.

1. Can't use them in conjunction with miles
2. Can't use them with another ECV
3. Can't use them for more then one person (on the same itinerary)

Is this Deltafication?

I know that (2.) has always been true. Never tried (1.) or (3.).

I love the ECV's for being bumped. I wish they were transferable - I would gladly take yours off your hands

No its not deltafication. Northwest's ECVs have always been a bit restrictive.

Actually, Delta's ECV policy is very good. Delta's vouchers are retain residual value (are reusable) and are transferable, and are electronic.
