Worldperks VISA Credits Still Incomplete!
 

OK, followed the other threads on this topic and patiently waited for my 5K EQM's to post. They did today with a retroactive post date of 7/17. HOWEVER...
"In honor of our 15-year card partnership, U.S. Bank and Northwest Airlines are pleased to inform you that for one month after you begin earning FlexPoints, your account will also earn WorldPerks miles, regardless of which card is used. After this one-month period, your WorldPerks Visa card will no longer allow charges and your FlexPerks card will only earn FlexPoints."

So, per the memo from Bob S. dated 5/9/09 since I did not activate my Flexperks card until 6/22, I should also have posted all my bonus miles up to 7/22 which would total almost 10K. Anyone else have this issue?

Same issue here.

My June 17th Statement had purchases of 13,804 and I got 24,733 flexpoints or 14,733 minus the bonus points. Yet they only posted 7,846 of those miles to my worldperks account. I didn't active my card till the 6/22 date either. I also had 250 more spend up to 6/21 on my July statement which didn't show up either.

So US Bank still owes me around 6,200 more miles.

To put some icing on the cake they also debited me (1398) flex points in July's statement when I had purchases of 4,424. This one is currently being looked from their side, I noticed it yesterday and called them. Looks like at the account conversion they transfered 5,822 from the old account to the new flexperks account and that is the difference 4,424 - (-1398) = 5822 of what they deducted from the flexpoints from my account. So they deducted flexpoints from my account due to the amount they transfered from the old worldperks account to the new flexperks account.

So check your flexpoints also, although this one looks like a programming glitch and they are looking at fixing it, but most likely others also are missing points. I will post again when they add those earned flexpoints to my account.

It's still August, I wouldn't worry quite yet.

So far I've been impressed with how well the flexpoints post and how good they keep us informed of account status. I even received notice that I had reached the bonus threshold of $5k. It almost seems they enjoy us earning these points. For the double bonus spending (airfare, supermarket & cell phone) the card is actually quite a good deal.

5000 vs 10,000 Visa EQM question?
 

Does any one know where to file a request to review (challenge) the awarding of the Visa EQM points? I knew I was close to the 25K threshold, and when my EQM posting came through on my WP account yesterday it shows Visa spending from January - June was 25,316 but I was only awarded 5000 EQMs. If I were to also count the separately listed Visa double miles for certain purchases (which I did not) it would be even higher than 25K.

The one possible explanation that I can think of is that the January 20 transaction listing statement included some purchases actually made in late December, after the December closing date? For this promotion, did the purchases have to be made in January, or did they just have to be posted on the January statement? I know I lost credit for a $1500 purchase made on June 17th (the day before my closing date) but was not posted until June 19th the day after the closing date.

Any advice would be appreciated.

According to the NW info all charges between 1/1/09 and 6/30/09 should count, not anything that posted in Jan but was charged in 2008. I'd take it up with US Bank. From the wordperksvisa website:

In light of the upcoming mid-year card changes, U.S. Bank and Northwest Airlines have modified the 2009 EQM promotion to allow for a pro-rata award tier of EQMs, regardless of whether your spending is on your WorldPerks Visa Signature or FlexPerks Visa Signature Card. Additionally, after June 30, 2009 no spending will qualify for EQMs. Spending from January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009 will be awarded based on the following table:

Well, as of today, 9/5, I am still waiting for the balance of my worldperks miles to post. Again, since I did not activate my Flexperks card until 6/20 I expect NWA to honor it's memo of 5/9/09 which states that I will earn BOTH Worldperks and Flexperks miles for the first 30 days. Come on NWA, you owe me 10K in bonus miles!
