Internet Access at BNA SkyClub

Anyone have trouble accessing the internet services at BNA (or other SkyClubs) when it doesn't recognize your membership number? I am a NWA PE and my SkyClub is under my WP membership number (upgraded my WC membership during one of the promo periods). BNA is unusual, as rather than a typical DL/NW wireless id, it's run by T-Mobile, but it kept telling me by membership number was not recognized. At the club the only thing they could say was maybe it's because my SkyClub membership number is not my SkyMiles number. I haven't had problems in any other clubs, but I beleive all the other clubs that I have entered are former WorldClubs, not Crown Rooms.

That used to be my home club until I moved 3 months ago. I don't recall having any issues there on my weekly departure from there.

Recently in one of the ATL B concourse clubs it wouldn't take my NW WP number, so I just clicked on the "guest" button and it worked fine.

Don't log in using a membership number. There are 2 choices on how to log in. Log in as a "guest" (where no membership number is requested) and you should have no problem.

I haven't had any difficulty using the wi-fi at the BNA Sky Club.. half the time I usually just click in as a Guest anyway. :D
