Business Class Awards on NWA.com?

All,

My apologies if this is a dupe or a silly question, but I've searched the forum and come up with no information. Is it possible to do a business class award search on NWA.com? I don't seem to be able to select that as an option on their award tool and wondered if I was doing something wrong. Must business class awards be made by phone? I'd appreciate any help I could get on this. Thanks,

Andyandy

When you do an award search via NWA it will show both coach & business with the miles needed for it. Happy Hunting!

Last month I was looking for a business class award ticket to Europe. nwa.com showed no availability, but when I called they gave me MSP-AMS-ZRH with NW/KL. Seemed simple enough but it did not show up online. Start your search online, but call to get the best results.

When you do a search starting from nwa.com, make sure you select the "WorldPerks Award / PerkChoice" option under the "Search By" heading. On the results screen, you'll be presented with a matrix of choices, with Coach in the left column and First/BusinessElite in the right column. You first select the outbound portion of your trip, then on the next page you select the return.
