WorldPerks Database down?

Was trying to book & hold a ticket, but nwa.com wouldn't accept my PIN #.... then I went to check my balance, and wouldn't take my PIN. I then call the automated number, and it says it can't find an account with my WorldPerks number, and get a friendly agent in Minnesota, and she said her system was down. I told her what's going on and she said it sounds like the entire system has crashed!

anyone else experiencing this?

I'm in AMS now, in the huge and very pleasant Lounge #52. NWA.com can't find anything at all in relation to my, or my partner's WP a/c .
