Not given 50% bonus-help needed

Okay, here's the dilemma. Last week I flew MKE-DTW-CDG-Lisbon. Bought a B ticket b/c I wanted to upgrade my flight to WBC which I did. The segment from CDG-Lisbon was on Air France. Now my miles have posted and I received the 50% class of service for all segments except the Air France. Since the ticket was purchased together and specifically as a "b", shouldn't I get the 50% bonus? I hate to nitpick, but believe it or not I will be THAT close to Plat status that without it, I will be 400 miles short and that's after doing a MR run later this week and a New Years flight. What can I do????

On your ticket/itinerary, did the AF flight have a NW flight # or an AF #? Here's what NWA.com says . . .

Elite Qualifying Northwest Fare Classes on Northwest-coded, Air France-operated flights
Elite Qualifying Miles at 150%: P, F, J, C, I, Z, Y, B

Elite Qualifying Air France Fare Classes on Air France-coded, Air France-operated
Elite Qualifying Miles at 150%: P, F, J, C, D, I, Z, Y, S
Elite Qualifying Miles at 100%: B, K, M, R, A, H, T, V, Q, W, E

Can you look at your e ticket receipt to see which class you were actually booked in for that segment? And look at earning miles on nwa.com - AF coded and AF operated B class only earns 100% EQM's. Only if the AF operated flight had a NW flight number and was B class would it earn 150% EQM. All listed very clearly on nwa.com

It is possible that each segment can have it's own fare class. Do you have your original booking e-mail or retrieve it from nwa.com? You will see the AF PNR code for that segment. With that you can look up what booking code AF was booked into to verify that you were suppose to receive the 50% EQM bonus.

My original receipt shows "B" class for Lisbon-CDG but an AF flight number and no corresponding NW flight #. So this means I am out of luck. This really sucks b/c in calculating everything, I included my 2500 bonus miles and now I will be short such a small amount of miles and don't know what to do.

1) ready NW's website re: fare classes, flight numbers and mileage acruals before purchasing your next ticket

2) look at a MR before end of year
