LAX/MEMPHIS in first-class
Can you tell me the experience such as food, service, cabin in First-class. I'm flying out of LAX to Memphis next month. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's, uh, pretty standard NW FC service. Depending on what time you fly, you'll get a meal -- a warm smile, frequent beverage service... What more do you want to know?
|
Well, if you fly in the morning, you will get the traditional breakfast with a choice of hot entrees or good old cereal. Yogurt is also available...
During lunch and dinner times, you will get a choice of hot meals with a nice appetizer, a salad, a roll, and the infamous chocolate cake. The only flights without meals are the redeye flights, which I don't think NWA still has redeye form LAX to MEM. Enjoy the flights! carfield |

Was on the 6.55 a.m dep. out of LAX to MSP just a week ago and considering that MEM and MSP should have the same service, I agree with the previous poster.
Choice of breakfast on LAX-MSP was either a hot entree or cold cereal with a banana.Chose the hot one and got scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and two sausages, a bowl of fruit and a cold bagel with cream cheese. Several beverage services, at least 4 plus a round of almonds or Spinzels or both... Service on MSP-LAX was the same, but instead of the scambled eggs the breakfast came with a cheese omelette. World Club at LAX opens at 5.30 a.m. ! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif |
Most F lunches I've experienced on NW are *cold* selections, not hot.
