Miles Question
Hi,
This is my first ever post. I have been lurking for a while and wanted to finally join the forum. I am a student and am always looking for the best deals. I also love to travel, so naturally I've found this site! I found a post about a Northwest Worldperks Credit Card with the first annual due waived. Supposedly it is 15,000 miles. I was thinking about doing the FFF program but it seems like lots of work. If I get the 15,000 no fee CC and then figure a way to get 10,000 miles, I think it may be cheaper than doing the FFF. Am i correct? There is that earthlink/att deal where you can get 6,000-10,000 points for signing up and maintaining the account for a few months. Anybody have any suggestions for a combo of getting 10,000 points? Thanks! |
I don't think you are correct. If you use the Visa card as your qualifying activity for FFF 3 and pick up the five partner credits via Dining for Miles, you would have earned 25K very cheaply.

Hi rapps,
You may want to get the Northwest US BANK Checkcard. It cost $20.00 and you earn bonus points to enroll/activate and 1 point for every $2.00 in debit card transactions. You could pay tuition through this card and earn worldperk points. Good Luck! RC [This message has been edited by Radiocycle (edited 07-15-2003).] |
