"pending internal processing"
I have a flight I took and which, after nearly two weeks, still shows "pending internal processing" in my Flight Activity record. I have an awful feeling that in the rush of getting home I didn't save the ticket stub, etc. Should things take this long and is there anything to worry about?

It can take a while to get resolution. PIP always seems to get resolved in a positive way.
If you are worried, give the WP desk a call. The reasons for PIP are always unknown... |
