Anyone else having problems with Barnes and Noble posting?
 

I've been in a run around with NW trying to get miles from a Barnes and Noble purchase posted. I submitted a request a few months ago. Since that time I've been engaged in an email exchage that is totally unproductive. Basically - I follow up on my request, am told miles will post, follow-up again when they don't post, told to submit request, I remind them I already did, am told miles will post, I follow up again when miles again don't post, told to submit request, etc. etc. I have two Barnes and Noble transactions that haven't posted. I haven't even raised the issue of the second transaction. But I need to first to post of the FFF2 promo.

Any advice on who else I might contact to resolve this problem? Has anyone else had this problem with Barnes and Noble? It sure isn't very reinforcing to use the WorldPerk's mall for purchases when this is the result. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Despite my concerns, my B & N purchases both posted within a week of each other around 6 weeks after my online purchase. I made the minimum 5 partner purchases and found out later that some people added a few extra in case of posting problems.

I bought from B&N on July 19 and the miles posted today (Aug 21). I have another B&N and also a Nordstroms pending, one of which I need to get the FFF2. It seems to take awhile. Daze

Six weeks to post for me for the FFF2 deal, bought end of June, posted mid-August.

Thanks for the replies - My purchase was in early May - obviously should have posted by now. I guess this is a fluke, rather than a regular thing.

Have you been "hounding" BOTH Northwest and Barnes and Noble? If not I would. I have been in a struggle with getting J.C. Penny points posted, but did do an extra partner just in case.
