do we have a problem?
My hubby had a grueling business trip on NW two weeks ago, had to go to DCA, drop off documents, on to Seattle the same day, drop off documents and four hours later back to DCA with the signed docs and then on to other places. NW has credited all miles except the flight from SEA to DCA. On his account it says "duplicate destination". Doesn't he get the miles for this?? If not, why not? It was part of his ticket, obviously paid for. With miles doubling this is a big chunk missing.

Just call WP and explain. They should put flag on it for manual checking. You should get credited within a few weeks. It has happened to me several times and it's always been fixed with little trouble.

That sounds an awful lot like a mileage run http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

Dropping off documents?
I hear there are two great airlines, among them, for that: FedEx and UPS http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
I'll add DHL to that list of airlines

no honestly, not a mileage run, situation required docs to be hand delivered, signed and returned (believe me if he could have used Fed Ex he would have, he did not need ff miles so badly to be in planes for darn near 24 hours). He doesn't care if I do a run, he has zero interest in them.
