10 k Missing
I called to upgrade a couple of flights recently and asked the operator to check to see if the 10 k from the recent promotion had posted. He said I did not register for it. This is wrong. I signed up online in late February and confirmed that I had signed up for it and had met the requirement (five WP partners) in April. He would do nothing for me. The supervisor said he would send an email but that it probably wouldn't help. Both basically accused me of lying.
I've written a letter but doubt anything will be done. It would make no sense for me not to sigh up for the promotion, since it cost nothing. Furthermore, I sign up for all NW, AmWest and American promotions. Of course, I didn't print out the confirmation sheet (lesson learned). Any ideas on what I can do? Am I just out of luck?
