2001 Elite Credentials
 

It is now April and my 2001 Elite credentials have still not arrived. This is beginning to get more than just a little annoying, especially when travelling on CO flights and having the agents announce loudly that "this is last year's card" when trying to pre-board.

WorldPerks Customer Service are being their usual apologetic and helpful selves and have promised to expedite this, but I am curious if anyone else here is also experiencing delays?

A month is too long... give the WP service center a call this AM and request a new kit.

I think part of the delay comes from the fact that the plastic membership cards are printed something like once a month, so the fulfillment center just holds out sending requests until the 'cycle' runs. Calling right now, or many times laters, may not help unless you happen to call at a time that coincides with when the cards are printed and the packages assembled and sent.

I haven't recd. my Silver Elite credentials yet, but I am attributing it to the fact that I was a comped Silver elite this March and have not flown NW yet.

NW comped me to Gold 3/16 and I received my credentials 3/30.

Umm.. on the planebusiness.com boards, you posted about your Northwest trip to PEK as a PLATINUM ELITE - which took place on March 11. How could NW comp you to Gold if you were already Platinum?

He claimed to be a CO Platinum Elite in a previous post so maybe he meant CO? Futhermore, he isn't clear on the mileage required for Platinum. It is 75,000 and not 90,000.

I received my Gold credentials 3/30/01.

I am both a NW Gold Elite and a CO Platinum Elite. Sorry for the confusion.
