You could try each airlines online routemap?
Or try:
http://www.schiphol.com/_inchecken_b...=1178832968459
And then click "arrivals" and browse through the whole list.

broken link. But wow how complicated is that. Most airline websites list where they fly to, I mean I could go to travelocity and start hitting cities to match but there has got to be an easier way

I'm sitting at AMS now...I'll take a stab at it:
I'm certain of these:
BOS, EWR, JFK, IAD, ORD, DTW, MSP, IAH, SEA, SFO, LAX, MEM, ATL
I'm less sure of these (non-Sky Team):
PHL, DFW

DL: ATL, JFK, CVG
CO: EWR, IAH
UA: IAD, ORD

It's interesting that AA does not fly JFK/DFW/MIA to AMS

It's funny, as I was walking to my gate yesterday at Schipol, I saw a big DL banner advertising AMS flights to CVG. I thought, dang...I forgot that one. But I see you have it covered. I guess I am wrong about DFW, too.
