Getting Miles from Hotel Programs
 

This may sound like a dumb question but here goes: When you earn miles from a partner hotel stay, do they "push" the miles to your NWA WorldPerks account or does NWA Worldperks "pull" the miles from the hotel programs. I ask this because I earned 1000 miles per night (6000 total in March and April) at a joint Hyatt Gold Passport - NWA WorldPerks promotion. The mile awards are readily displayed in my Hyatt account. But they never rolled over to my WorldPerks account. Both programs are telling me that it's the other guy who has't done what is required. What is going on here? Thanks.

Pretty sure it is an issue with Hyatt. I think for these programs, NW allows partners to purchase the miles at a discount and it is their responsiblity to manage. They may take a few days to post.
