Sorry to dig up an old thread, but this was about the best thread I could find that addressed my questions...
My TA booked a one-way full-Y ticket for me recently and I missed the flight. Now, I'd like to use the value stored in that ticket. I tried to use the "Change Reservations" area online, but the drop-down did not allow me that option, instead it only gave a link to a TA login page. So, I called in and the agent booked the trip I wanted for myself and my wife and I provided the ticket # for payment. He indicated that we were all set. However, when I look at the reservation online there are no ticket numbers. Our trip is in May, so I'm curious how long it will take? Normally, I wouldn't worry, but I noticed on my E-ticket receipt in the endorsement field "DO NOT ISSUE MCO, RFD AGCY ONLY." This agent didn't think this was a problem, but I don't want to wait till 3 days before when they decide to reissue the ticket and then this is a problem and we have no tickets. What's the suggested course of action? (Sorry for all this... I'm a DL guy and they reissue tickets immediately on the phone) |
