Sorry, maybe I've missed something. But where or how do you get this annual summary?
I thought the link would bring me to a page where I enter my WP# and viola the summary appears. Apparently I'm very wrong.

Exciting' new feature WorldPerks Annual Mileage Summary
It was sent to me via email- my sister also got her annual mileage summary via email yesterday- not sure why this feature is not available online-perhaps in the future.

QUESTION: Why do I not get a receipt for the close-in processing fee for Award travel when the award ticket is issued?
ANSWER: Current technology does not support receipts at this time but that functionality will be added in the future.
Now that will be truly EXCITING for UA flyers when they get SO high tech as to be able to book you a reward ticket and tell you how much the fee really is.

Maybe you could pass along to your UA friends an exciting new feature for their website - such as telling you how much your fee is for booking award travel. I booked a reward UA ticket and was charged a $10 fee - my credit card showed $75. I was amazed to find this on the UA faq's:

I gotta get me some more miles....
I read it as:
