some help plz

I have two questions.

the first being.. has anyone taken the DTW-BNA flight.. i am sch. on the 9am flight... This is my first time flying out of D-town alone. That sould be an adventure on its own.. I am also taking the Michigan Flyer Bus. The second parrt of that is.. if you have taken that flihgt is it on time most of the time. I wonder becase once i get to BNA my ride wont be there untill after 10, & we ahve to be back in Bollwing Green, KY by noon ish.

the second, is that i am big into scrapbooking and i want to take some of my stuff(a very small selection) with me on this trip. and i have some crazy scizers and they are round tiped. Just wondering if i could get through with them on to the plane.. or should i just plan on checking them.

According to the TSA's list of prohibited items, scissors with blades shorter than 4 inches are allowed. With items like this there is probably always a chance it will cause you to be delayed if you get someone that doesn't want to let it go through even if it is supposed to be allowed. If that happens I wouldn't argue with the TSA either if you want to make your flight.
