Silver as of 2/12

I passed the silver mark last weekend with segments. I did very little flying last year. I think I've made up for lost time.

2007 Elite Qualifying Miles 23,915
2006 Elite Qualifying Miles 7,150

2007 Elite Qualifying Segments 30
2006 Elite Qualifying Segments 7

I passed silver on my flight back from SIN a few days ago. I think I'll hit Gold and Plat in April.

Yes, I have VJ to thank for my 2007 Plat status as well
Yeah. I think I will keep going for the SWU's as I ususally make a least one trip to Asia every and prefer to do it in WBC. I should reach the 120K level, doubt I will make it to 160k. I will post when I receive my Elite Choice e-mails.

Unhappy Crusty Ole' Plat NO MORE!!!

Wah! I will be losing my Plat status at the end of this month. Back to Silver for me. Oh well, I am happy to NOT be traveling as much as I did during 2004 and 2005. Very happy indeed!

But still missing an SU HKG-SVO-VIE that should add another 8200 EQM

Have travel booked for another 7600 and planning another Asia trip in March. Should get the first level of Elite ExtraPerks by then end of March. Too bad there isn't much interesting at the 60k level.

I'm dropping to Gold in at the end of this month after 2 yrs of Platinum. But I crossed the Silver Elite 25k EQM week before last, my earliest time to that milestone ever. I expect to reach Platinum by early September, sooner if some more business travel comes up.

I hope it was worth it!

I received my "silver" packet in mail yesterday. I was "gold" on the website for about 15 days, so I will see if I get a "gold" packet in mail before I get my "platinum" packet. I think I need to see a therapist and it would be nice to be able to show them all my elite cards!

And I thought I had a brutal travel regime! That is quite a change from last year! So is that 2 WBC Asia trips and 2 domestic? From my experience (I fly out of SUX or OMA) that would most likely add up to 20 segments but would be a little bit short of 75k mi.....

I use mostly miles to fly every other year, that is why so low last year...I used the msp/lgw CO Y fare deal to get most of this years miles.
