Fare coding confusion
 
I searched NWA dot com for this and couldn't find anything. Delta-coded, but Korean Operated - Q class. 100% or 0% eqm?

Well, all Korean Air flights earn 100% eqm (in coach), and EQS, from what I can tell

Delta Q however is 50% EQM - so i guess it depends how it comes through to the system, as a Delta Q, or the corresponding Korean code

As of April 3, Korean Q=0 EQMs. Delta Q = 100 % Eqms. The Gold line couldn't answer the question either (comforting, huh?) Does anyone have any personal experience with it?

It doesn't matter who's ticket you fly on, it only matters who's equipment you fly on, you'll need to convert your DL Q fare into a Korean Fare (note Q on one airline doesn't always = Q on another) so see what you'll earn
