Just this past month, NW and AF announced they would begin codesharing on their DTW-CDG flights. Thus, what you are seeing now is just that. I had been looking for the codeshare as I can get some better connections through CDG than AMS, but I haven't been able to get them to come up yet.
Just out of curiosity - - - why is a code share important to you?

Often times NW (or KL) fares are only valid on NW-coded flights. Thus, with AF codeshares, you now have the option of connecting through CDG on AF which might help for connecting times to a certain destination among other reasons.

AF fares (in Business) in my experience are way lower than NWA
I've done 3 AF Biz trips to Europe this year, all purchased on AF.com
All give me the same EQM and banked miles
PLUS FOIS GRAS, EXCELLENT WINE and DECENT SERVICE (Sometimes unbelievable service)!!!
